Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Shipping prices are calculated based on weight, if you are a local shoper and would like to pick up your oders in person that can be arranged.  We package each pot in a box with recycled shredded cardboard as well as bubble wrap to make sure your planters have a safe journey.

 

Processing time:

Concrete takes about 2 days to set and be ready to ship. We then apply a weathering seal which takes another 24 hrs to fully dry. Due to this process the processing time is anywhere from 3-5 days.
